Why We Cannot Accept Food Returns
Once a food product is delivered, there is no way to verify its storage or handling. FSSAI regulations prohibit reselling returned food items — the same policy followed by Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket for food products.
✅ What We WILL Replace — Free of Charge
- Pack arrives physically damaged (crushed, cracked)
- Seal is broken or leaking on delivery
- You received the wrong product
- Product is missing from your order
How to Claim a Replacement
- Take a photo or video of the issue
- WhatsApp to +91 98281 29848 within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number
- We dispatch a replacement within 2 business days
After 48 hours of delivery, we cannot process replacement claims.
Order Cancellations
Before dispatch: Full refund within 5–7 business days.
After dispatch: Cannot be cancelled — order in transit.
After delivery: Not applicable (food policy above).
