⚠️ No Returns on Food Products — FSSAI Policy

As per FSSAI regulations, SudhJi does not accept returns or exchanges on food products once delivered. This is mandatory for all food companies in India for hygiene and safety reasons.

Why We Cannot Accept Food Returns

Once a food product is delivered, there is no way to verify its storage or handling. FSSAI regulations prohibit reselling returned food items — the same policy followed by Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket for food products.

✅ What We WILL Replace — Free of Charge

We replace immediately, no questions asked, if:

Pack arrives physically damaged (crushed, cracked)
Seal is broken or leaking on delivery
You received the wrong product
Product is missing from your order

How to Claim a Replacement

Take a photo or video of the issue
WhatsApp to +91 98281 29848 within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number
We dispatch a replacement within 2 business days

After 48 hours of delivery, we cannot process replacement claims.

Order Cancellations

Before dispatch: Full refund within 5–7 business days.
After dispatch: Cannot be cancelled — order in transit.
After delivery: Not applicable (food policy above).
